INTRODUCTION

Nowadays many people is using web 2.0 tools, it is not only used in conferences, now it is used by teachers in order to develop activities with their students, or even students to help them in their process of learning.  Moreover, in this case, a web 2.0 is going to be use in order to show how can a blog be used in order of problem solving in educational institutions. ROOT OF THE PROBLEM

There are many causes that are presented in this problem some of them depend on the student meanwhile there are some others that depend on the environment in which the student develops the activities. Currently, two major interpretative frameworks are recognized on the factors "ejectors" of the educational system. The first emphasizes the socioeconomic situation and the family context of children and young people as the main sources of various events that may directly or indirectly facilitate school withdrawal - conditions of poverty and marginalization, early work enrollment, family anomie, addictions, etc First of all it has to be considered those aspects that are inherit from the student or their families for example, factors such as family breakdown, the pressure to work or care for younger siblings, the costs of books and uniforms, early pregnancy or marriage, or violence in schools and the local community also force children to drop out of school early. DEVELOP ALTERNATIVE SOLUTIONS

There have been some solutions that could be applied for this problem in schools. However, this problem is also considered a problem that affects the politics in each town. ·          Create groups that search for students that are presenting signs that could fall in this situation, therefore they could get more help and investigate for the cause or origin of this situation in the students. Also, can be offered conferences to students and parents to prevent the causes of drop out the school. ·          Offer conferences to the parents that will facilitate the identification by the parents. Also, teacher will be in charge of looking for those students that can be in risk. In this case the best option could be the third solution that is about: Offer conferences to students, families and the whole school to prevent this kind of situation, also can be created to groups that include students and teachers inside the schools to identify the students that can be in risk, and the other group will be made from parents that could be interested in giving some advice to those students that are having problems to continuing the school, also, both groups have to be aware of the situations that can cause drop-outs and therefore need to identify where the problem is caused. The reason to choose this solution is that it is more efficient to involve all members of a educative institution in order to inform parents what the risks of school drop-out are. Also, the consequences that may face students that present that problem.

IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SOLUTION

As soon as it is implemented and each groups star giving feedback to the director and coordinator, will be easy to identify the students and what the motive was.

EVALUATION OF THE SOLUTION

Even though it is a politic issue the institutions themselves have to take the lead in order to reduce drop-outs of their students. As soon as the educational institution in charge of their directives begin to work to reduce these problems of school dropout, and the groups in charge begin to work implementing motivational tactics so that students who wanted to leave their school hastily without taking into account that they must study in order to seek a better future and avoid falling into detrimental vices for health, in crime networks, child labor. It is also important to emphasize that there must be an accompaniment by the parents of the child who presented these wishes, so that the opportunities for this child to continue in the educational system are better.
