EVALUATION OF THE SOLUTION

Even though it is a politic issue the institutions themselves have to take the lead in order to reduce drop-outs of their students. As soon as the educational institution in charge of their directives begin to work to reduce these problems of school dropout, and the groups in charge begin to work implementing motivational tactics so that students who wanted to leave their school hastily without taking into account that they must study in order to seek a better future and avoid falling into detrimental vices for health, in crime networks, child labor.

It is also important to emphasize that there must be an accompaniment by the parents of the child who presented these wishes, so that the opportunities for this child to continue in the educational system are better. Since without the support of parents is not possible, for that reason one of the groups is made up of some parents interested in the general welfare of all students.

Both images show what should happen at the end of the process, the headmaster or coordinator, should lead a meeting in which parents and children must be present to evaluate the process and see if any further activities are required to avoid school-drop-outs.
