INTRODUCTION

Nowadays many people is using web 2.0 tools, it is not only used in conferences, now it is used by teachers in order to develop activities with their students, or even students to help them in their process of learning. 
Moreover, in this case, a web 2.0 is going to be use in order to show how can a blog be used in order of problem solving in educational institutions. In addition, the problem that is showed is school drop-out.

Even though it is a politic issue the institutions themselves have to take the lead in order to reduce drop-outs of their students. As soon as the educational institution in charge of their directives begin to work to reduce these problems of school dropout, and the groups in charge begin to work implementing motivational tactics so that students who wanted to leave their school hastily without taking into account that they must study in order to seek a better future and avoid falling into detrimental vices for health, in crime networks, child labor.
